Take advantage all summer long of a complete experience to understand our know-how, from July 1st to August 31st.

Visitwill begin at the foot of one of the pear or apple orchards in order to explain itsevolutionthroughout the year, from planting to harvest.
In the production building, we will discover themanufacturing processciders, perry, apple juice... (from the rinsing of the fruit to bottling, including the pressing of apples and pears and fermentation).
will followentry into the cellarwith the aging of Calvados, the mutage of Pommeau de Normandie and the pear dream; the presentation of the various local products to finally, end with thetastingproducts from the Cellar in the shop.
From the beginning, part of the production is transformed into cider, with traditional and local apple varieties. The fermentations are natural, the cider is unpasteurized , non-carbonated .
The range of products quickly widened with the production of Calvados, including Poiré, apple and pear juice, apple jelly as well as aperitifs such as the r'Êve de Poire or the Pommeau de Normandie.
For Regis and its entire team, the cider house is a beautiful and respectful showcase for 21st century cider production, faithful restitution of a centuries-old heritage.
Today, the farm has 25 ha of organic orchards and all the fruit is processed in the new cider house. Our objective :

Passée en agriculture biologique en 2009, la Cidrerie de la Suisse-Normande vous propose une grande variété de produits.
La Cave de la Loterie, production cidricole fermière dans le cadre remarquable de la Suisse Normande, est créée en 1999 par Régis AUBRY qui s’installe sur l’ancienne exploitation familiale.
Avec la reprise de 8 hectares de vergers et la plantation de 4 hectares de pommiers hautes tiges à La Loterie, un premier atelier de transformation est créé.
C'est le début de la vente directe.
